1. Terms
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Who are we?
www.partypicphotobooths.co.uk is operated by Partyglow Ltd. We are a Limited Company registered in the UK. Company number GB09295142.
We have over 15 years’ experience in the party, festival and entertainment business.

3. Our contract with you
Booking forms must be completed emailed to us to reserve your chosen booking date and package required. Once we have received the said email you will receive notification from us.
We will then send you an email with all the relevant information you require such as: our details, venue details, package chosen, optional extras, invoice total and balance payment required including VAT. Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit or balance payment has been made. This obviously depends on the timescale between the booking and the event. Should there be a delay in you the hirer confirming the date and the said date is no longer available your order will not be processed and you will receive notification from us stating this.
You are fully responsible for the contents submitted on the booking form so please read and make sure all details are correct.

4. Prices, costs and payments.
Our prices are in pounds sterling. We may change our prices from time to time but this will not affect your confirmed booking.
£50 deposit required to secure your chosen date.
Full balance required 8 weeks (56 days) prior to booking date
Please Note: If there is a mistake with pricing on our booking form we are under no obligation to provide any products or services to you at the incorrect price. Even after you have been sent booking confirmation. We will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the chance to re-book at the correct price. Should you wish not to proceed due to a pricing error any monies paid will be refunded in full. We try to make sure all prices are correct but an error may occur.
If we cannot contact you your booking may be treated as void and cancelled.
Cancellation charges are outlined below.

5. Cancellation charges
12 weeks and over prior to event – Loss of deposit
Within 8 weeks prior to event 30% of order value
Within 6 weeks prior to event 50% of order value
Within 4 weeks prior to event 75% of order value
Within 2 weeks prior to event 100% of order value
If you need to change the booking date and this is available a charge of £25 will be levied.

We reserve the rights to cancel without liability to you and without any obligation to refund any monies paid by you in the form of a deposit.
Balance not paid by required date
False information provided by you with regards to the booking
Abusive or threatening behaviour by you or anyone attending the booked event with regards to the booking against our staff or equipment.
Should we cancel the booking because any of the above then the cancellation charges apply as per the cancellation charges table.

6. Venue access and location
We require full address of venue, email and contact details at time of balance payment. We will require a parking space for a medium sized van close to the venue for the duration of the event. Please make sure you have permission from the venue to have use of the photo booth. Please also inform us of anything that may delay our set up such as distance from car park and stairs etc.
The customer will ensure and arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event’s venue. (2.3m long x 1.5m’ wide x 2m high). The customer also to arrange suitable power outlet close to where the equipment is being used. Remeber we will also need to erect a table for the props.
We are happy to liaise with the venue to make these arrangements.

7. Hire period & Expectations
The hire period is as stated on the contract sent to you and this will show the date and times of hire period as per your request. We will arrive approximately 1 t0 1.5 hours prior to your agreed start time to set up. If you require an earlier set up time because of access or you do not want us in the venue prior to your hire period please inform us at time of booking. There is a charge of £30 per hour for the time the booth is not in use from time of set up. This is known as idle hours charges. Idle charges come in to effect if you have a break within the hire period etc.
If there is a delay in providing your equipment because of poor venue access or restrictions at the said venue the hire period remains unchanged. If the event starts late and you require additional hours and we can provide this then you will be charged £50 per hour at the time and payment will be taken by card or cash.
If the venue is off road and we cannot get access due to poor ground conditions then we reserve the right to cancel the said booking.
You the client are responsible that suitable crowd control and security measures are in place prior to us opening our equipment for customers.
If at any point our staff feels that they or the equipment are in danger from the conduct of the guests using the hired equipment we reserve the right to cease operation and remove the said hired equipment from the venue. No refund will be given in such cases and the full contacted fees will be due to the company.

8. You agree and on behalf of your guests that images may be uploaded to social media during and after the event and that appropriate images may be used for advertising.

9. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on partypicphotobooths web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on partypicphotobooths web site;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Partyglow Ltd at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

10. Disclaimer
